Magnolia River Announces a Change of Ownership
on Monday, 30 October 2017.
Decatur, Alabama, October 30, 2017 -- Magnolia River is pleased to announce Ronnie Hoff has completed a mutually agreed upon full equity buyout of Magnolia River. Therefore, effective as of October 30, 2017, Ronnie Hoff assumed full responsibilities as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board for Magnolia River.
Kim Hoff will be pursuing other opportunities outside of Magnolia River. Please join us in wishing Kim the best in her new endeavors.
Magnolia River has grown from one employee operating out of a living room in September 2000 to a company of over 300 people, with nine offices across the southeast working in 20 states to provide the highest quality engineering, inspection, and GIS solutions available to the utility market.

As part of the ownership change, a new Executive Management team will guide the company to new heights.
Heath McCleskey, Magnolia River’s longtime Chief Financial Officer, will also assume additional duties and responsibilities as President of Magnolia River.
David Love will continue to serve as Senior Vice President of Pipeline Services with additional responsibilities as Vice President of Business Development.
Hayden Strickland will continue to serve as Vice President of Technology.
Derek Wright is now serving as Vice President of Inspection Services.
Robbie Laney is now serving as Vice President of Engineering.
Nathan Sills is now serving as Vice President of GIS.
