Nathan Sills serves as the organizations Vice President of GIS Services. His responsibilities include managing strategic planning, business development, and operations of the GIS Division. He has specialized experience in data management, project management, utilities, city planning, county planning, regional planning, transportation planning, emergency management, hazard mitigation, and software implementation.
Mr. Sills began his career as a GIS analyst with Geographic Technologies Group. He later worked for Goodwyn, Mills, and Cawood as a Planner/GIS Analyst and rose to become the Director of Geospatial Services. In 2013, Mr. Sills came to Magnolia River as an Area Director and then served as the Director of GIS Services until his recent promotion to Vice President of GIS Services.
Mr. Sills holds a Bachelors in Geography from Auburn University and Masters in Geography from the University of Alabama with a focus on Urban/Regional Planning. Mr. Sills is a Certified GIS Professional (GISP) and a LEED Green Associate.
